Flight Feather is an independent paid-media agency in Bristol. JakSystems built an operations platform that integrates Xero, Pipedrive and the agency's own data, giving the team one live view of the business without anyone copying data between systems.
01The problem
Like many growing agencies, Flight Feather ran on several separate systems. Getting a clear picture of the business meant pulling figures together by hand.
The goal was one accurate, up-to-date view of how the agency was doing, without that manual work.
02What we built
A central operations platform connected to Xero and Pipedrive, with a timesheet app and a live dashboard on top. Data arrives automatically, and everyone works from the same figures.
