Ask Jenna AI: helping Align users understand their own design
Align is My Human Design's app for understanding your Human Design chart. JakSystems designed, built and runs Ask Jenna AI inside it. Users ask about their own chart, any time, and get a personal answer drawn only from Jenna's teaching.
01The idea
A Human Design chart is rich and personal, and most people have questions about theirs long after the first reading. Jenna has a large library of teaching: articles, books, journals and videos. Before Ask Jenna AI, a user had to search through it themselves to find what applied to them.
The goal was a guide inside Align that answers each user's questions about their own chart, the way Jenna explains things, and only from her material. A general chatbot repeating whatever it read online would not do.
It also had to stay on topic and resist people trying to talk it out of its rules.
02What users get
Personal answers, any time
Users ask about their own chart in plain language and get an answer that reflects their design, not a generic one.
Only Jenna's teaching
Every answer is built from Jenna's own material, so the guide sounds like her and never makes things up from the internet.
Compatibility reports
Reports compare two people's charts, and users can turn any report into a conversation to dig deeper.
Follow-up questions
The guide remembers the conversation, so users can keep asking until it makes sense.
Help with the app
Questions about using Align are answered in the same chat, so users get help straight away.
03Privacy
Private by design
Each user's chart and conversations are encrypted and kept private. They are used only to help that person understand their own design.
